Ingredients
1. Eggs-4
2. Apple-1
3. Milk-1/2 cup
4. Salt to taste
5. A pinch of sugar

Method
1. Beat the eggs in milk to make a uniform paste. Add salt and sugar to it.
2. Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices.
3. Place the slices of apple between 2 bread slices.
4. Dip the above bread slices in the egg and milk paste.
5. Place the above slices in the toaster and heat.
6. Serve hot with sauce.
